Please bring your garment, shoes, and any shapewear or undergarments you plan to wear with it.

What time frame is ideal for altering a wedding gown?
Some seamstresses have different windows of time that they prefer. I personally like to do a first fitting 2 1/2 to 3 months before the wedding date. That way it is not a huge, stressful rush but we can complete it close enough that body changes won't be an issue. A wedding gown averages around 3 fittings. 

Can I book my wedding gown alterations before my dress comes in?
Yes, absolutely! I can get you on my books ahead of time according to when your dress is to come in and your wedding date. 

I'm nervous about the alterations process. What should I expect at a fitting?
First off, please don't be nervous or stressed! I try to make this process easy and low stress. I am very down to earth and easy to talk to. I'll have you change into your garment, then we'll take a look at it on you and discuss any changes needed or desired. I will pin your item where alterations need to occur. Easy peasy.
